Terms & Conditions for Room Accommodation & Booking at Kolahaalam Mainland Resort
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Kolahaalam Mainland Resort. A valid ID proof must be presented at the time of check-in.
Guest may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date without penalty. Guest should notify the property via email or phone. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a charge equivalent to one night’s room rate plus tax. No-shows will also be charged for one night’s room rate plus tax. For stays during peak periods or special events, a longer cancellation period may apply and will be specified at the time of booking. Guests are advised to review their reservation confirmation for the full cancellation policy and any applicable terms & Conditions.
Upon successful cancellation of a booking as per the resort policy, the refund process will be initiated within 3 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Standard check-in time is at 12 PM, and check-out time is at 10 AM. Early checkin and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
The maximum occupancy per room is as specified during the booking process.Additional guests may be accommodated upon prior arrangement and may incur extra charges.
Full payment is required upon booking unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI or other approved methods.
Guests are liable for any damages caused to the room or resort property during their stay. Kolahaalam Mainland Resort reserves the right to charge the guest for any such damages.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards other guests and resort staff. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to excessive noise, disturbance, or illegal activities, may result in eviction without refund.
Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their belongings. The resort shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
Kolahaalam Mainland Resort shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
Kolahaalam Mainland Resort reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the resort's website or other communication channels.
